Styled by Hellana; Personal Styling Services

Welcome to Styled by Hellana. By booking, purchasing, or using any of my personal styling services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Styled by Hellana provides personal styling services including wardrobe edits, personal shopping, virtual styling sessions, outfit planning, and event styling. Service details and pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Accepted payment method: bank transfer.
To secure an appointment, a deposit or full payment must be transferred. Bookings are confirmed once this payment has been received.
Late or missing payments may delay delivery of digital materials such as lookbooks or shopping lists.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Personal Shopping
Appointments are non-refundable from one week (7 days) before the scheduled date, as preparation may begin during this time. Cancellations within this period will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Wardrobe Edits
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
General
No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
If Styled by Hellana must cancel or reschedule, clients will receive priority rebooking at no additional cost.
4. Refund Policy
All styling services; including virtual sessions, lookbooks, outfit guides, and shopping lists are non-refundable once delivered.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by Styled by Hellana.
Refunds will not be granted based on personal preference once services have been completed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate sizing, style preferences, budgets, and any relevant information.
For in-home wardrobe edits, clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable environment.
Styled by Hellana is not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. Shopping & Purchases
Clients are responsible for all costs related to clothing, accessories, and third-party items purchased.
Stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines for recommended items cannot be guaranteed.
Some recommendations may include affiliate links, at no additional cost to the client.
6A. Purchases Directly Through Styled by Hellana
If any clothing, accessories, or items are purchased directly through Styled by Hellana (either sourced online or purchased in-store on behalf of the client), the following applies:

Payment for the item must be transferred before the client takes the item.

If the client chooses to return an item within the retailer’s return window, this is the client’s responsibility.
Online Orders (e.g., Mytheresa, Net-A-Porter ):
If the item was ordered online by Styled by Hellana, the client must return the item to Styled by Hellana’s London address at their own cost and within the retailer’s required timeframe. Once received, Styled by Hellana will process the return with the retailer.
In-Store Purchases:
If the item was purchased in-store, a receipt will be provided to the client. The client is then responsible for any returns directly with the retailer.
Damaged Items:
Clients are responsible for any damage to items that have not yet been purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, removing tags, tearing, staining, or any other damage. In such cases, the client will be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
Styled by Hellana is not responsible for missed return deadlines, rejected returns, or any costs associated with the return process.
7. Results & Recommendations
Styling results may vary depending on client participation, preferences, and communication.
Styled by Hellana does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, social/media results, or event acceptance.
8. Virtual Services & Digital Delivery
Digital materials such as lookbooks or outfit guides are delivered via email or shared platforms.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the service.
Clients may not resell, publish, or distribute digital materials without written permission.
8A. Virtual Styling Revisions
Virtual styling services include up to three revisions per lookbook, outfit plan, or digital styling package.
Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.
This ensures the service remains efficient and fair while allowing ample opportunity for client feedback.
9. Photos, Content & Social Media
With the client’s consent, Styled by Hellana may use photographs or styling results for social media or marketing purposes.
Clients may request that no images or content be shared publicly.
10. Privacy
All personal information (including photos, measurements, contact details, and style preferences) is kept confidential and used solely to provide styling services. Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.
11. Liability
Styled by Hellana is not responsible for sensitivities, garment issues, or reactions related to products purchased by the client.
Styling advice is subjective and outcomes may vary.
No liability is accepted for damages arising from styling recommendations or third-party purchases.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be resolved under the legal jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
